Intern - R&D Analytical (Analytical Chemistry)

Location: Shanghai Minhang, China; onsite laboratory internship

What you will do

• Prepare compound and sample solutions for analytical work.
• Receive training in sample preparation, GC-MS, GC-O, and LC-MS analysis, then conduct analyses independently.
• Document experimental details in laboratory notes.
• Review scientific literature to support assessments of technological advances and emerging research fields.
• Follow SHE rules and maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge or experience in analytical chemistry; undergraduate and graduate students may apply.
• Basic wet-lab skills, including sample weighing and solution preparation, are required.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Curious, responsible, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to a full-time internship lasting more than three months.

Nice to have

• Experience using GC-MS or LC-MS.
• Excellent academic record.
