Product Manager (Business Process Management) - Business Support Development Department(BSD)

What you will do

• Lead product planning, development, and promotion for BPM solutions and AI-driven applications supporting e-commerce back-office operations.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs according to business goals and operational strategies.
• Interview stakeholders, observe operations, analyze process data, and identify bottlenecks and underlying pain points.
• Translate business challenges into system requirements and collaborate with engineering and QA teams on delivery.
• Lead workflow automation and generative AI feature implementation.
• Monitor post-release KPIs, report progress, risks, and ROI, and drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or an equivalent role.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining specifications, identifying problems from stakeholder feedback, and driving projects forward.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to launch and develop products.
• Strong product planning, project management, problem-solving, and complex business process structuring skills.
• Business-level proficiency or above in both Japanese and English; TOEIC score of 800 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience developing enterprise products such as BPM, ERP, or CRM systems.
• Experience planning and implementing AI, machine learning, or generative AI products.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, KPI design, and effectiveness verification.
• Product management experience in e-commerce platforms or B2B SaaS.
• Experience improving productivity through business process analysis and managing project resources and progress.
