Sr. Specialist Client Support

Location: Hybrid role for local candidates based in Chicago, IL or surrounding Chicagoland areas. Office: 120 S LaSalle St, Floor 6, Chicago, IL.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and position location, with potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Provide support and high-quality customer service to Commercial Banking clients and prospects.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and emails and resolve client requests professionally.
• Liaise with business partners and clients to complete tasks and connect clients with relevant people and opportunities.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Develop and execute communication strategies with Relationship Managers.
• Make recommendations on client matters and participate in group projects.

• Experience supporting high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Client-focused approach and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, multitasking, and personal organization.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
