Deal Support Specialist (M&A)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Waltham, Massachusetts office, with occasional after-hours and weekend shifts.

Salary: USD 70,000–80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Onboard users and deal teams to the transaction-support platform.
• Provision access and permissions as deal teams and data rooms are created or updated.
• Process bulk and structural requests, including folder creation and user additions, accurately and promptly.
• Resolve common service requests and route complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Track performance against response-time, processing-time, and accuracy targets.
• Help establish reporting and operating processes for the newly formed team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and explain it clearly to others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment about urgency and accuracy.
• Willingness to work a flexible rotational schedule that occasionally includes evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Paralegal experience.
• Exposure to M&A transactions, deal execution, or transaction-support technology.
