Supplier Quality Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Improve supplier quality standards, governance frameworks, and best-practice processes.
• Lead supplier qualification, assessments, audits, and development activities for strategic suppliers.
• Monitor supplier quality through KPIs and scorecards, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify supplier risks and establish mitigation plans to support supply chain resilience and business continuity.
• Digitalize and automate supplier quality processes to create efficient and scalable workflows.
• Use data analytics and AI-enabled tools to strengthen quality insights and predictive risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, Procurement, Engineering, or a comparable function.
• Hands-on expertise in supplier audits, quality management systems, root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and cross-functional project leadership skills.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Interest in digital technologies, automation, and AI-supported quality management solutions.

• Experience in energy, industrial automation, automotive, electronics, software, telecommunications, or similar industries.
