Supplier Quality Engineer (Smart Power)

Location: Stryama, Plovdiv, Bulgaria; onsite

What you will do

• Support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and team capabilities.
• Manage supplier non-conformity incidents and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal business functions.
• Act as the primary quality contact for suppliers during non-conformity management.
• Perform supplier process, system, and product audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry-specific requirements.
• Manage supplier quality performance data to identify trends and prevent future non-conformities.
• Lead and support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects at suppliers.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Auditing, and industrial manufacturing processes.
• Strong teamwork, communication, critical-thinking, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
