Supplier Quality Engineer (Smart Power)

Location: Onsite in Stryama, Plovdiv, Bulgaria

What you will do

• Manage supplier-related non-conformity incidents in close cooperation with suppliers and internal business functions.
• Act as the main reference point for suppliers during non-conformity management.
• Perform supplier process, system, and product audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry-specific quality requirements.
• Manage supplier quality performance data to identify current issues and prevent future non-conformities.
• Lead and support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects at supplier organizations.
• Collaborate with local functions to achieve quality targets and improve organizational performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• English communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, quality auditing, and industrial manufacturing processes.
• Strong teamwork, communication, critical-thinking, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
