Institutional Investment Database Manager

Location: New York office, United States

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annual base salary plus target annual bonus

What you will do

• Maintain qualitative and quantitative content across consultant and industry databases such as eVestment and Preqin.
• Coordinate with Investments, Product Strategy, Performance, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and Data teams to gather, validate, and submit information.
• Manage quarterly database updates, platform analytics, consultant ratings, research activity, and competitive intelligence.
• Respond to consultant inquiries, due diligence questionnaires, requests for information, and related data requests.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on consultant coverage, platform activity, and distribution trends.
• Improve workflows, templates, reporting processes, automation, data feeds, integrations, and internal documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–5+ years of experience in institutional asset management, consultant relations, sales support, product management, or performance/data roles.
• Understanding of institutional investors, investment products, and consultant ecosystems across public and/or private markets.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with institutional databases such as eVestment and Preqin; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
