Events Coordinator, Beckett

Location: Santa Ana, California or Plano, Texas office; remote or hybrid candidates may be considered. Candidates within a 1-hour commuting distance of an office are required to work onsite most of the time. Travel to events is required as needed. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $28–$45 per hour, depending on location, experience, job level, and skills.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate internal and external events from booking through teardown.
• Manage deadlines, vendors, signage, utilities, furniture, décor, and other event requirements.
• Track event costs, maintain budgets, and report financial risks and liabilities.
• Create booth and room layouts covering traffic flow, queue space, electrical connections, and internet drops.
• Travel to events to manage setup, operations, and teardown.
• Audit event websites to ensure accurate services, pricing, specials, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting conventions, trade shows, festivals, sports or collectibles events, gaming events, or experiential activations.
• Calm, adaptable, organized, and able to solve problems effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Self-directed, operationally minded, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license required.
• Valid, unexpired passport required.
