IT Operations Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Resolve hardware, software, platform, connectivity, and access issues by addressing root causes and handling escalations.
• Own assigned IT platform areas, including configuration, maintenance, compliance, testing, documentation, and change management.
• Support US IT asset management by maintaining hardware, software, license, and subscription records and reconciling them with endpoint and identity data.
• Support onboarding and offboarding asset activities and escalate vendor, contract, and ITAM matters to the responsible team.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities through scripts, runbooks, tooling, and contributions to the IT Ops agent.
• Create knowledge articles in Confluence, link resolved issues to documentation, and share technical knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in operating systems, networking fundamentals, M365, identity and access, and SaaS platform administration.
• Ability to write scripts independently to automate routine tasks.
• Experience or familiarity with end-to-end IT platform administration and IT asset management.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, ownership, and escalation judgment.
• Clear written communication and the ability to create useful technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload without close supervision.
