Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce Health Cloud)

Location: Hybrid, with at least one in-office day per week, based near Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, Fort Lauderdale, Louisville, Nashville, New York, or Tampa

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud applications using OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Build custom applications, workflows, automations, and user interfaces supporting sales and enrollment processes.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, including MuleSoft and Azure.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Salesforce Leads, and engineering teams.
• Lead code reviews, design discussions, pair programming, troubleshooting, debugging, and technical documentation.
• Plan and execute testing, support SIT/UAT and production deployments, manage incidents, and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications, including 3+ years of Salesforce development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, preferably MuleSoft, and strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with at least one in-office day per week near one of the listed U.S. locations.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud, or OmniStudio Consultant.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Azure, enterprise integration architectures, AI-enabled Salesforce tools, healthcare processes, and Health Cloud implementations.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions.
