Senior Solution Consultant CPG / Manufacturing

What you will do

• Lead customer engagements to define business objectives and translate them into strategic planning solutions.
• Architect and deliver tailored supply chain solutions in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Own end-to-end product integration with customers' existing systems and processes.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance, provide senior-level support for critical incidents, and lead value-driven development initiatives.
• Advise customers on maximizing product value and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants while contributing to team best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in business, engineering, supply chain management, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally with SaaS or ERP/planning systems.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations and planning and scheduling challenges at scale.
• Advanced data analytics, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience leading complex implementations involving testing, quality assurance, training, and user adoption.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
