Assoc Eng Process Engineering (Thin Film PVD)

Location: Singapore; 12-hour rotating shift required

What you will do

• Develop and modify thin-film PVD process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process data.
• Establish SOPs and FMEAs for related processes.
• Review product development requirements for processing compatibility, costs, and schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process performance and deliver organizational goals.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of work experience in an electronic production environment, preferably in a wafer fab.
• Basic equipment and process knowledge with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• MS Office literacy and knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
