Wellness Nurse (LPN) Full-Time 3pm - 11pm

Location: 2021 NJ-35, Wall Township, NJ 07719, USA; onsite, full-time, scheduled for at least 30 hours per week, 3pm–11pm shift

Salary: $38.00–$42.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care with an emphasis on holistic wellness.
• Monitor residents' health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and promote high service standards.

Requirements

• Current LPN license and graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods related to resident health and wellness.
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, and supporting residents up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias.
