What you will do

• Build AI-powered applications and agents on top of foundation models for engineers and operators.
• Design, implement, deploy, and continuously iterate on production software across the full development lifecycle.
• Develop reliable AI features using retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, agent orchestration, and evaluation tooling.
• Collaborate directly with users and non-software stakeholder teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Ship quality software through agile development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience building, shipping, and iterating on applications and services.
• Practical experience building and shipping AI features with large language models for real users.
• Hands-on experience with large language models through coursework, projects, or self-directed work.
• Experience designing solutions in collaboration with non-software stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling AI or service architectures for high-performance user-facing applications.
• Experience building AI evaluation and observability systems for production reliability.
• Background in data engineering, applied machine learning, knowledge bases, or ontologies.
• Experience turning research into prototypes and using current AI literature to guide design decisions.
• Experience with large codebases, manufacturing, hardware, robotics, or other physical-world domains.
