What you will do

• Drive end-to-end engineering and machine learning solutions for Growth Marketing platforms.
• Build, experiment with, optimize, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production.
• Develop scalable and automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and serving.
• Build ML models and services for targeting, personalization, recommendations, budget optimization, real-time bidding, creative optimization, and fraud detection.
• Present results and explain methods to leadership.
• Mentor junior engineers and help strengthen machine learning expertise across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
• 8 years of experience working on engineering teams building large-scale ML-driven user-facing products.
• Experience building and maintaining highly available distributed systems.
• Proficient coding skills in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience training and applying models at scale.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning and modern ML modeling techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend and machine learning systems for large-scale user-facing products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to ship new ML technologies.
• Experience with transformers, self-supervised pre-training, generative modeling, or LLMs.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, creativity, and initiative.
