ServiceNow Solution Architect

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable platform architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, solution validation, and governance activities.
• Advise clients, lead discovery sessions, present solution roadmaps, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, effort estimation, costing, and statement of work development.
• Drive ServiceNow AI adoption, including Now Assist, Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent operations.

Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain the required security clearance due to client security requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or implementation.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions and providing technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine, and Now Assist.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven solutions, Generative AI, Now Assist, and AI proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Exposure to application engineering and integration architecture.
• Additional ServiceNow, ITIL, TOGAF, or cloud certifications.
