Program Manager, Voice of the Member (Fintech)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $105,000–$145,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Investigate member frustration and delight by combining feedback, support conversations, social channels, app reviews, surveys, and operational data.
• Build and improve tools, automations, and AI-enabled workflows for accessing and acting on member insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual analysis, reporting, and decision-making related to member sentiment.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives for product teams, business leaders, and executives.
• Lead deep-dive analyses, identify root causes, quantify impact, and uncover opportunities to improve member experience.
• Shape and deliver company-wide sentiment readouts and investigate emerging issues proactively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, product management, product operations, strategy and operations, user research, customer insights, analytics, or a similar field.
• Experience turning complex information into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Curiosity, ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.
• Experience using AI tools to investigate problems, automate workflows, or improve how work gets done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audiences ranging from individual contributors to executives.
