Business Development Manager (Defence Data Security)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom; UK nationals only and eligible to obtain UK SC/DV security clearance

What you will do

• Research UK and international Five Eyes and NATO programs related to Data-at-Rest solutions.
• Build partner relationships across government and defence organisations and onboard new clients.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to inform business-unit strategy.
• Develop campaigns that increase adoption of Data-at-Rest products and identify portfolio integration opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and business functions to close deals, maintain CRM forecasts, and achieve pipeline, sales, and revenue targets.

Requirements

• More than five years of military end-user experience, preferably in information or digital technology.
• More than five years of proven experience driving and securing sales growth.
• More than five years of experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• UK nationality and eligibility to obtain UK SC/DV security clearance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Stakeholder networks across government agencies and departments, especially in defence and intelligence.
• Experience in UK and international defence markets.
• Knowledge of UK and NATO programs related to digital systems and tools.
