What you will do

• Oversee internal and external management for overseas game project development.
• Organize and execute the entire project lifecycle from requirements to settlement.
• Develop detailed plans and roadmaps for game art development, tracking execution and progress.
• Manage communication and coordination regarding development progress, costs, and quality.
• Support company-wide supplier management.
• Assist the functional manager with team management tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1-3 years of management experience in self-developed or game art-related projects preferred.
• Proficiency in project management skills including overall project planning, estimation, scheduling, status monitoring, risk management, and change management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork spirit.
• Passionate about management, proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented, and responsible.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile project management.
• Knowledge of other languages.
• PMP certification or Scrum Master certification.
