Senior Game Project Manager

Location: Shanghai, China

hirify.global is a Shanghai-headquartered art outsourcing studio established in 2006, providing game and film art production services through a team of more than 300 artists and branches in China and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Manage overseas game art projects from requirements and planning through production, review, acceptance, and settlement.
• Develop project plans and roadmaps for game art development.
• Track execution, project progress, costs, and quality, and prepare regular status summaries.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support supplier management and assist with team management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of management experience in self-developed or game art-related projects is preferred.
• Experience with project planning, estimation, scheduling, status monitoring, risk management, change management, and project reporting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, teamwork, and pressure-management skills.
• Fluent English reading, writing, listening, and speaking is required.

Nice to have

• Agile project management experience.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
