What you will do
- Own the casino game release calendar across slots, instant win, crash, table games, and emerging categories.
- Manage game configuration and lobby operations, including placement, categorization, featuring, jackpots, and promotions.
- Coordinate game and provider integrations with Product and Engineering, including launch readiness, assets, certifications, configurations, and testing.
- Manage day-to-day operations with studios and aggregators, including onboarding, roadmap coordination, issue escalation, and business reviews.
- Monitor game health, uptime, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue contribution.
- Coordinate incident management and player issue resolution with vendors, Engineering, CX, Payments, Fraud, Compliance, Marketing, and CRM.
Requirements
- Strong experience in casino operations.
- Excellent operations and commercial experience.
- Experience managing game content releases, game configurations, lobby merchandising, and promotional mechanics.
- Experience coordinating game or provider integrations and launch readiness.
- Ability to monitor operational and commercial KPIs and optimize game performance.
