Salary: $85,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Prepare and review regulatory reports and financial disclosures, including FR Y-9C, Call Report, FFIEC 030, FR Y-9LP, FR Y-12, FR 2644, and FR 2900.
• Analyze the firm’s approximately $2.1 trillion balance sheet and support external regulatory reporting obligations.
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, control procedures, management reporting, and analysis of regulatory guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Controllers, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity Controllers, Risk, Treasury, Legal, and Technology.
• Coordinate projects by defining objectives, developing approaches, managing schedules, reporting status, and preparing deliverables.
• Analyze business process and systems issues and implement workflow and technology improvements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience; a strong accounting background is preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, verbal, organizational, and Microsoft software skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while working independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ability to demonstrate energy, focus, drive, and a sense of urgency.

Nice to have

• CPA candidate or license.
• Federal Reserve regulatory reporting experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and SEC reporting standards.
