Sr. Staff - AI Data Center Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Define the architectural vision and Basis of Design for hyperscale data centers and high-density AI factories.
• Design facility layouts supporting 100kW+ racks, liquid-to-chip cooling, rear-door heat exchangers, and immersion cooling.
• Partner with electrical engineers on N+1/2N power systems supporting 50MW+ of IT load per hall, including potential SMR and hydrogen fuel-cell integration.
• Define OSFP-based high-radix network fabrics, cabling pathways, meet-me-room layouts, and physical infrastructure for InfiniBand and RoCE v2.
• Drive modular skid-based construction, GPU cluster infrastructure, DPU integration, and accelerated deployment timelines.
• Implement sustainability measures including waste-heat reuse, carbon-neutrality standards, and optimized Water Usage Effectiveness.

Requirements

• B.Tech, M.S., Ph.D., or equivalent industrial experience in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in data center physical infrastructure, rack densities up to 100kW+, busways, floor loading, and liquid-cooled systems.
• Strong knowledge of server form factors including E1.S/E3.S, NVIDIA Blackwell/Rubin rack systems, OSFP/QSFP-DD, OM5/single-mode fiber, OSPF, and BGP.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Digital Twin platforms for airflow, power-distribution, and maintenance-access simulations.
• Experience with Direct-to-Chip cooling, CDU integration, water-side economizers, GPU clusters, BlueField DPUs, NVMe-oF, and modular power skids.
• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design or lead architectural roles.

Nice to have

• Experience at a hyperscaler or Tier-1 data center provider.
• Expertise in Uptime Institute Tier Standards and LEED Platinum certification.
• Experience with AI-driven Data Center Infrastructure Management tools for predictive maintenance.
