Tax Invoicing Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the Mexico tax invoicing team and manage day-to-day billing operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation, validation, delivery, recording, and reporting of customer invoices and billing transactions.
• Supervise billing analysts, provide training, manage escalations, and coordinate issue resolution across Billing, Sales, Operations, Technology, Tax, Finance, and Customer Support.
• Review contract pricing and billing rules, support invoice review meetings, and maintain account manager training for invoice validation.
• Manage accounts receivable postings, ledger reconciliations, financial reports, arrears and bad debt analysis, and bill-run reviews.
• Identify root causes, implement controls and process improvements, support system upgrades, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 6 years of related professional experience.
• Preferably 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, accountability, and attention to the integrity and consistency of financial information.
