What you will do

• Plan the Middle East logistics network, including warehouse models, layouts, and site selection.
• Design hub operations, sorting layouts, sorting-site selection, and functional positioning.
• Plan transportation capacity, transshipment methods, routes, schedules, and terminal operations.
• Optimize network models, fulfillment models, site-selection strategies, delivery timeliness, and operating costs.
• Develop implementation plans, management standards, and cross-departmental mechanisms for network optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Fluent English required as a working language for meetings, reports, and project communication.
• More than 3 years of experience in Middle East logistics network or process planning, ideally in Middle East e-commerce or third-party logistics.
• Knowledge of Middle East logistics-industry trends, network-resource planning, and fulfillment logic.
• Data-analysis capabilities and proficiency in at least one tool such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Strong project management, structured thinking, cross-departmental coordination, and summarization skills; able to undertake periodic business trips within the Middle East.
