Planner II (Supply Chain)

Location: Tokyo, Japan. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Develop and implement regional planning strategies, processes, tools, data visualizations, and systems.
• Manage demand forecasting, inventory control, inventory management, ramp planning, and service contract planning.
• Collaborate with senior managers, technical experts, field service operations, sales, logistics, and global planning teams.
• Manage funded projects, track delivery against schedule and budget, and provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, manage exceptions, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor planners while supporting customer needs and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required; Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• At least three years of experience in inventory, supply planning, material planning, or demand planning.
• Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience analyzing datasets with Tableau or another data visualization tool.
• Fluent English and fluent Japanese required.
