Frontend Developer (Angular)

Location: Onsite at the Mississauga, Ontario office; Toronto office also referenced.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, test, and optimize production front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Nuxt/Vue.js.
• Translate Figma UX/UI specifications into responsive, accessible, visually consistent interfaces.
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries and shared design system standards.
• Integrate interfaces with RESTful APIs and .NET/C# back-end services, including validation and loading and error states.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage work items in Azure DevOps, and contribute to peer code reviews.
• Resolve performance bottlenecks, cross-browser compatibility issues, and accessibility gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4+ years of professional front-end engineering experience delivering production web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript, including components, services, routing, forms, Signals, and RxJS.
• Advanced proficiency with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design, and component-based UI architecture.
• Experience with reactive programming, state management patterns such as NgRx or Pinia, and RESTful API integration.
• Working knowledge of WCAG, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management, Git workflows, and Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Vue.js and/or Nuxt.
• Experience translating Figma designs into pixel-accurate production code and contributing to shared design systems.
• Experience writing automated front-end tests.
• Portfolio, GitHub repository, live application links, or visual examples of production UI work.
