Engineer, Process Engineering (Etch)

What you will do

• Develop and modify etch process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process-related data.
• Establish standard operating procedures and failure mode and effects analyses for the relevant process.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve process performance indices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support additional projects and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in process engineering within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to develop process methods, controls, SOPs, and FMEAs.
• Ability to evaluate processing-method compatibility with product development requirements, costs, and schedules.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Commitment to environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
