Quality Team Lead

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Onsite day shift, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Perform Quality Control Technician tasks while supporting technicians and inspectors with daily quality processes.
• Review and approve first shots during technician qualification.
• Assist with test-run evaluations, containment activities, and team-member training.
• Monitor the inspection lab and report process-improvement opportunities.
• Conduct periodic process audits and ensure quality documentation is completed correctly.
• Assist with team-member scheduling as needed.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, three to six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
