Site Driver Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate station drivers against delivery and service targets.
• Coordinate daily dispatching, routing, driver schedules, and delivery activities.
• Monitor delivery speed, accuracy, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies and traffic laws.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles remain operational.
• Resolve driver and customer issues, conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports, collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams, and assist with loading, unloading, and driving when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with GPS, routing software, and related technologies; knowledge of local traffic laws and delivery-area geography.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
