Manufacturing Engineer Tech II

Location: On-site five days per week in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage evaluation activities to determine manufacturing process capability.
• Define and implement process tools for operators to address actions identified through PFMEA.
• Define standardized work describing key process steps and tasks.
• Manage small-batch process runs to evaluate capability and production capacity.
• Contribute to troubleshooting issues identified during initial validation runs.
• Help prepare work instructions and welding procedure specifications (WPS).

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree.
• Experience with document control, PFMEA, welding, machining, and painting processes.
• Technical writing and task management skills.
• Experience with 2D and/or 3D CAD, drawing interpretation, and measurement definition and interpretation.
• Conversational English is required.
