Marketing Reporting Analyst (Marketing Operations)

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annual base salary plus annual bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Execute marketing operations activities and maintain collateral, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials for the Capital Partners business line and its products.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and stakeholders to create client presentations and support product positioning.
• Convert complex data and concepts into tables, graphs, maps, and charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
• Analyze and report ROI data, recommend optimization opportunities, and coordinate budget and operational reporting.
• Work with Data Governance, Technology, and other groups to enhance platforms, build tools, automate production, and maintain data and messaging integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign experience is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer-service approach.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving ability, and willingness to optimize processes.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of work experience and/or knowledge of the securities industry.
• Experience or ability to learn marketing automation platforms.
