Manager of Business Applications (Auto Pricing)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite work required in the designated city in MD, OH, or IL.

Annual salary: $120,950–$212,175

What you will do

• Lead activities for the Auto Pricing data team and advise the Director on team performance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements for applications supporting business analysis.
• Oversee impact projections, coding verification, debugging, testing, and documentation of application changes.
• Create and evaluate test plans, configure servers, and design application orchestration.
• Research and implement software, services, and platforms for corporate data projects.
• Plan project tasks, estimate initiatives, and mentor and train Business Applications Developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience and proven ability to drive results across multiple projects.
• 3+ years of experience coaching, providing feedback, and mentoring associates.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position or managing critical technical projects.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile environments and performing analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Snowflake or other enterprise data warehouse databases.
• BA/BS in a STEM-related field with relevant experience, a related master's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, Power BI, or C#.
• Experience administering, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting analytical platforms.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, and related services.
