Mgr, Process Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Hiroshima, Japan; onsite customer-site responsibilities

What you will do

• Manage a Process Support Engineering team delivering customer-site technology demonstrations, evaluations, joint development programs, and new tool qualifications.
• Act as the liaison between customers and the Business Unit, translating customer issues into applicable solutions.
• Oversee equipment installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, repair, operational quality checks, and customer instruction.
• Train and certify Process Support Engineers in their assigned areas of responsibility.
• Manage demand planning and financial forecasting for support activities.
• Drive compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles within the relevant job family.
• Knowledge of three or more processes across two or more technologies, or expert-level knowledge of one technology.
• Basic integration knowledge.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite at customer locations in Hiroshima, Japan.
