Junior Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage client engagements involving penetration testing, objective-based penetration testing, and web and mobile application security testing.
• Create work plans, project schedules, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent engagements.
• Coordinate project deliverables and ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, schedules, and costs.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, presentations, project plans, and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, delivery, operations, and other stakeholders to support successful engagements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management and schedule management experience in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, with solid technical IT aptitude.
• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple stakeholders, and produce significant output efficiently.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree, certification, or equivalent experience.
• Must be located in Canada for the fully remote arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with penetration testing or cybersecurity engagements.
• Scrum or PMP certification.
