Senior Client Service Representative (Custody)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with three days per week in the office, or two days for a parent of a child up to four years old

What you will do

• Respond to custody client inquiries with timely, accurate, and clear communication.
• Act as a key contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
• Manage client cases end-to-end, identify root causes, and resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to support service delivery.
• Prioritize work based on client impact and risk, escalating issues with recommendations.
• Maintain documentation, product and process knowledge, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in custody or financial services.
• Experience working in a client-facing environment.
• Fluent English at minimum B2 / Upper-Intermediate level.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, work independently in unclear situations, collaborate across teams, and use systems for managing client inquiries and deliverables.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of custody products, including corporate actions, equities, fixed income, or derivatives.
