Operations Software Analyst Seniors

What you will do

• Improve the full lifecycle of application services from design and deployment through operation and refinement.
• Architect software development lifecycle workflows across development, testing, staging, non-production, and production environments.
• Install and operate containerized application servers using Docker.
• Provision, maintain, and deploy machines on Azure Virtual Machines using Ansible and Terraform.
• Develop Azure Resource Manager templates and configure Elastic Beanstalk environments, networking, and cross-account VPC peering.
• Support software deployments, new client onboarding, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across development and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field, plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree in a listed field plus three years of experience may be accepted.
• Experience troubleshooting application connectivity and performance issues and identifying resolutions.
• Experience with infrastructure performance monitoring and continuous improvements, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience using Private Capital Suite, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Azure, and AKS.
• Experience with reliability engineering technologies including Splunk, Tryambak, and Dynatrace.
