Automation Delivery Engineer (Python/AI)

What you will do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automation workflows to ensure reliability, performance, and uptime.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve process consistency.
• Write maintainable Python and JavaScript/Node.js code and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead the migration of self-service forms from Microsoft Forms to a web-based platform backed by a relational database.
• Design database schemas and APIs for form data capture and downstream workflows.
• Improve delivery through better tooling, reusable patterns, and architecture.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js and at least 1 year of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with database schema design, querying, integration, and web forms with backend integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or other low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, AI coding tools, and LLM-based workflows or agentic AI concepts.
