Financial Analyst - FP&A - Enterprise Reporting (Fintech)

What you will do

• Monitor and report revenue, expense, operational KPI, and financial performance trends.
• Develop and maintain enterprise reporting outputs aligned with GAAP and non-GAAP reporting.
• Prepare financial commentary and presentations comparing actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.
• Support budgeting, planning, reforecasting, and outlook processes across finance and operations.
• Manage and improve financial reporting processes for accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop consistent, repeatable, and auditable KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with confidential financial data and manage projects from start to finish.
• Comfort with an on-site presence in Grand Rapids to support collaboration and cross-functional partnership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday and Office Connect.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and GAAP.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and cloud-based solutions.
