Security Team Lead

What you will do

• Manage daily physical security operations, workflows, staffing schedules, and shift coverage.
• Protect personnel, facilities, and company assets against damage, vandalism, loss, and other security risks.
• Conduct security risk assessments and supervise incident investigations and reporting.
• Coordinate with hirify.global Global Security leadership, local police, and emergency agencies.
• Maintain security plans, procedures, records, manuals, documentation, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage the performance of security staff while improving service-oriented operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of security work experience.
• Professional qualification in security systems and procedures, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with access management, video monitoring, and visitor management systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, administration, organization, and time-management skills.
• Discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to respond to urgent alarms and events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lenel, Milestone, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with visitor management systems, procedure writing, and training program creation.
• Familiarity with Security Verification Procedures.
