Associate Account Manager (Surety Bond)

What you will do

• Assist with preparing, processing, and executing bid, final, and commercial surety bonds.
• Support bond renewals, cancellations, close-outs, and premium audits within assigned authority.
• Maintain client bond files, financial records, documentation, and compliant filing systems.
• Request, collect, and follow up on underwriting and financial documentation.
• Coordinate routine requests with surety carriers and communicate bond status updates to clients and producers.
• Provide administrative support to Account Managers, Account Executives, and the Surety team while participating in training and special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, follow internal procedures, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work under direction while developing independence.
• Required insurance license(s) must be obtained and maintained.

• Prior experience in insurance, administration, or financial documentation.
