Director, Pricing Strategy (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for banking products and services across client segments.
• Define and optimize list pricing structures, packaging, bundling, feature differentiation, and monetization strategies.
• Build scalable subscription, transaction-based, tiered, usage-based, and enterprise pricing models.
• Conduct pricing analysis, value-based assessments, profitability analysis, and market benchmarking.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Marketing, and executive stakeholders on pricing and go-to-market decisions.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of pricing analysts while overseeing priorities and analytical quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product strategy, commercial finance, revenue management, or related analytical functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn analysis into concise recommendations.
• Strong business judgment, executive presence, stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience in fintech, banking technology, SaaS, payments, or financial services.
• Prior people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
