Representative Lead, BPS Middle Office (Fintech)

Salary: $87,290–$148,390 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily middle office operations for structured finance and institutional client portfolios.
• Manage cash flows, reconciliations, trade settlements, and waterfall calculations across CLO, CDO, and syndicated loan structures.
• Act as the primary client contact, resolving operational issues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and review financial and investor reports according to client and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance testing, monitor covenant and portfolio activity, and lead root cause analysis.
• Drive process automation, standardization, workload planning, mentoring, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in financial services operations supporting structured or institutional assets.
• Strong knowledge of CLOs, CDOs, syndicated loans, cash reconciliations, transaction processing, and financial reporting.
• Experience with waterfall calculations and compliance testing.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality operational outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDO Suite, WSO, Solvas, or similar trust and middle office platforms.
• Knowledge of corporate trust securities, alternative investment operations, and structured finance compliance requirements.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, or automation capabilities.
