GEO Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead GEO strategy from audits through execution, including entity mapping, semantic architecture, and content structuring for AI retrievability.
• Structure content with clear heading hierarchies, modular answer formats, and entity-rich copy so language models can extract and cite it.
• Monitor how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini retrieve and represent brand content, turning findings into concrete improvements.
• Run technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy in parallel with GEO initiatives.
• Use Claude and ChatGPT to test prompts, validate visibility, and pressure-test content across AI search surfaces.

Requirements

• Remote work from Poland or Cyprus.
• At least 1 year of hands-on GEO practice, including active GEO experimentation within SEO work.
• At least 3 years of proven SEO experience with technical audits, on-page optimization, and keyword research.
• Ability to structure content for machine readability through semantic hierarchy, extractable answer formats, and clean entity coverage.
• Understanding of citation-worthiness in generative systems and experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Link building experience, particularly building off-site authority for traditional and AI-driven discovery.
