Senior SEO Specialist (iGaming): Developing and executing data-driven SEO strategies for multi-brand, multilingual iGaming and fintech products with an accent on organic traffic growth, search rankings, and user conversions. Focus on technical SEO audits, keyword and competitor analysis, content planning, link building, and KPI-driven optimization across target markets.
Location: Remote within the EU; employment contract available for candidates based in Bulgaria, Hungary, or Malta

What you will do
- Create and execute short- and long-term SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions across multiple brands and languages.
- Analyze market competitiveness, SEO trends, search engine best practices, competitors, keywords, and content opportunities.
- Plan and optimize SEO content in collaboration with content, editorial, and marketing teams.
- Lead off-page optimization and link-building initiatives.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and improve site structure, loading speed, and mobile optimization.
- Define KPIs, track performance metrics, report results, and continuously optimize SEO activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, website analytics, keyword research, and data-mining tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb, or comparable tools.
- Understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, technical SEO, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems.
- Experience with SEO methods and cases in gambling and betting niches, plus strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
