GEO & AI Search Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and implement GEO strategies that improve client visibility across AI-powered search, AI assistants, LLMs, and generative platforms.
• Onboard GEO clients and support adoption of hirify.global’s methodology, tools, and reporting framework.
• Analyse AI visibility, citation sources, sentiment, Share of Voice, and ranking performance using GEO monitoring tools such as Peec AI.
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations, media plans, and budget allocations.
• Create client-facing reports, presentations, case studies, and performance reviews, and deliver recommendations in client meetings.
• Support pitches and new business opportunities while developing GEO playbooks, best practices, training materials, and internal workshops.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related client-facing consulting role.
• Solid knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, authority-building strategies, and organic search performance.
• Understanding of AI search, Large Language Models, retrieval systems, generative search trends, and relevant monitoring platforms.
• Experience analysing data, developing practical recommendations, managing client relationships, allocating budgets, and presenting results.
• Strong project management, organisational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the affiliate market and landscape.
• Experience with Peec AI or similar SEO, analytics, AI visibility, or performance monitoring platforms.
