Analytical Technical Lead – External Manufacturing & Tolling

What you will do

• Provide analytical leadership and technical support across the North American external manufacturing and tolling network.
• Lead investigations and troubleshooting for quality, manufacturing, and customer complaint issues.
• Implement and maintain analytical methods at external manufacturing sites and partner laboratories.
• Assess analytical capabilities, identify risks and gaps, and drive compliance and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support audits, technology transfers, qualification activities, and adoption of analytical standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, quality, laboratory operations, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with analytical method development, validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling customer complaints, manufacturing investigations, or product quality issue resolution.
• Knowledge of quality systems, investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Experience with external manufacturing partners, contract laboratories, or tolling operations.
• Additional language skills.
