Self Bill Specialist (Finance)

Location: Hybrid working in Glasgow, United Kingdom

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of self-bill client accounts.
• Reconcile client portals against Collections Management and maintain accurate account records.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and allocate payments accurately.
• Support cash collection, aged debt, and DSO targets.
• Work with Sales, Placement Support, MSPs, and Finance teams to resolve account issues.
• Escalate high-risk accounts and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or Finance Operations.
• Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• SAP, D365, or similar systems experience is advantageous.
