Operations Manager (Biotech)

What you will do

• Own UK customer operations, supporting clients from onboarding through experiment delivery.
• Manage strategic programmes and partnerships, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Build a local community presence through events, hackathons, and workshops.
• Drive UK marketing and communications, including case studies and event content.
• Develop and automate operational workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Take ownership of evolving responsibilities as the London lab scales.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or ready to relocate.
• Life-sciences background (degree in biology, biochemistry, or bioengineering preferred).
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and partnerships.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Strong communication skills for partner updates and event representation.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate operational workflows.
