Associate, Fund Operations (Real Estate Investment)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid work with at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Manage open- and closed-ended institutional real estate funds in coordination with portfolio management, accounting, legal, capital markets, and investor relations.
• Prepare quarterly fund reports, investor presentations, performance materials, and strategic communications.
• Support balance sheet and liquidity management, investor flows, financing activities, capital planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Maintain fund models, dashboards, liquidity forecasts, debt databases, and analytical tools covering performance, covenants, valuations, and key metrics.
• Coordinate third-party service providers, fund administrators, and Hyderabad-based counterparts, including workflow oversight, training, and quality control.
• Identify market trends and implement AI tools, prompt engineering, and process automation to improve reporting and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment or private equity.
• Experience with commercial real estate equity and debt, institutional open- or closed-end funds, JV or investor waterfalls, trial balances, and GAAP financial statements.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial data analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience authoring effective AI prompts and using generative AI for operational efficiency, automation, and productivity.
