What you will do
- Build and evolve scalable cloud platforms, high-traffic websites, web back ends, user interfaces, and open APIs.
- Lead platform engineering efforts and deliver reliable, well-tested, well-documented cloud solutions.
- Partner with hardware, software, product, and desi teams to ali product vision and enable seamless interaction between hardware, applications, and cloud services.
- Evaluate cloud architecture, identify refactoring opportunities, and plan platform improvements with product management and engineering.
- Improve code quality, test coverage, observability, resilience, and engineering practices across software teams.
- Evaluate new programming languages, frameworks, and tools and recommend adoption or migration when appropriate.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Experience with scalable cloud solutions, container orchestration, database desi, network infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Experience desiing and building web back ends and web user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience operating highly available cloud platforms with logging, tracing, monitoring, and resilience engineering.
- Experience leading software or platform engineering teams and delivering tested, documented software.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT, plus a strong interest in mentoring and continuous learning.
